Season Ticket is a sports calendar app built by Mission Peak, LLC, 10311 Regency Station Dr, Fairfax Station, VA 22039, USA. It keeps track of the teams you follow, tells you which games are worth your time, and lets you keep photos from games you attended.

Season Ticket has no user accounts, no login, and no server of our own. We do not collect analytics, we do not track you, and we have no way to identify you.
That is not a promise about how carefully we handle your data — it is a statement that we do not have it. Everything the app knows about you is on your iPhone. The only data that ever leaves your device is data you deliberately send to a specific person you invited by name, and it travels through your own iCloud account rather than through us.
We collect nothing. Mission Peak operates no server for Season Ticket and receives no data from the app: no account details, no usage statistics, no crash reports, no advertising identifiers. There is no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising code in the app — not disabled, not present, no third-party SDKs linked.
What follows describes data that stays on your device, or that moves directly between you and a service you already have your own relationship with.
Stored on your device. The teams and calendars you follow; your display settings; games you pin, set reminders for, or mark yourself as attending; games you have attended and the photos attached to them; cached schedules, standings and team information so the app works offline; and any albums other people have shared with you.
Photos. The app asks for photo library access so you can attach photos to a game you attended, and so it can offer to find photos taken near a stadium around the time of a game. Photos are stored as references to items in your library — identifiers, not copies. The images stay where they are. The app never uploads a photo on its own; a copy is made only at the moment you choose to share a particular game with a particular person. Saving a photo a friend sent you uses add-only access: permission to write one image to your library, not to read it.
Contacts. If you invite someone from your contacts, iOS shows you its own contact picker and hands the app only the name of the person you selected, to address the invitation. The app does not read, store, upload or index your contacts, and cannot see anyone you did not explicitly pick.
Calendar. Calendar access is write-only. The app can add games you choose to export. It cannot read anything already in your calendar.
Location. The app never requests or uses your device location. Stadium map pins come from looking up the venue by name, so a photo appears at the ground where the game was played rather than wherever you happened to be.
Notifications. Game reminders are scheduled locally by iOS on your device. Where iCloud sharing is in use, Apple may send a silent notification telling the app a friend has shared something, so it can fetch the change. No notification content is generated or sent by us.
Sports data. Schedules, scores, standings and team information come from ESPN's publicly accessible endpoints. Those requests carry a date range, a league identifier, and sometimes a team identifier — no identifier for you, no account, and not the list of teams you follow. As with visiting any website, ESPN's servers can see the IP address a request came from and which teams were looked up. ESPN is not our partner and receives nothing about you from us.
Mission Peak processes no personal data about Season Ticket users, so no legal basis arises for us as controller. Data on your device is under your control and is not processed by us at all.
Where the app asks permission for photos, contacts, the calendar or notifications, iOS obtains your consent at the moment of use, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings without losing access to the rest of the app.
We store nothing, so there is nothing for us to protect on your behalf.
On your device, the app's data sits in its own container, protected by your iPhone's passcode and encryption. Data you share travels through Apple's iCloud and is protected by Apple's own security and your Apple ID. Files you send by AirDrop or Messages are protected by whichever app you sent them through.
We hold no data, so we make no transfers. Requests to ESPN, and any data you place in iCloud, go wherever those services operate; those relationships are between you and them.
We keep nothing, so we delete nothing.
On your device, data stays until you remove it. You can delete individual games, photos, friends or shared albums in the app. Deleting the app removes everything it stored locally. Anything you put in your own iCloud is managed through your Apple ID and follows Apple's retention.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete on request — including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, or the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have never done so.
Practically, your control looks like this: remove individual games, photos, friends or shared albums in the app; revoke Photos, Contacts, Calendar or Notification permissions in iOS Settings; stop sharing with someone at any time, which ends their access immediately; delete the app to remove everything stored locally.
If you believe we hold data about you, write to information@mission-peak.com and we will tell you what we find, which we expect to be nothing.
Season Ticket is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
If the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects this statement — in particular if a hosted backend, user accounts, or any public sharing were ever introduced — we will update this statement before that version ships, and update the summary shown inside the app to match.
Season Ticket is an independent fan utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, the NCAA, ESPN, or any of their teams. Team names and abbreviations are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the teams whose schedules the app shows. The app displays no league or club logos.
